Heartland Bernese Mountain Dog Club Application/New Members: Thank you for your interest in the Heartland Bernese Mountain Dog Club. We are the club for Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska and Kansas Berners and their families! All are welcome to join. Please fill out our application, print, sign, and email it to our Membership Chair as instructed:
Applicants must be 18 years old or over. If under 18, membership form must be submitted by adult sponsor of the minor.
Dog ownership is not required for membership.
Dues: $25 plus $10 for each additional member in the same household. Junior membership is Free. Membership is for one year, renewable by December 31. If joining after August 1st, adult member is $ 15 for the remaining of the club year. If joining after November 1st, the application fee will be applied to the following year.
